Your responsibilities

• allocate incoming payments accurately and on time,
• match payments to invoices and clear customer accounts,
• handle unapplied payments and resolve discrepancies,
• analyze deductions and process Trade Support invoices,
• collaborate with Controlling and Sales to improve processes,
• maintain accurate claim documentation and manage credit memos,
• monitor KPIs and support I2C performance reviews,
• contribute to digitalization and process improvements,
• ensure data quality and timely supplier payments,
• build strong relationships with internal teams and customers.

Employer requirements

• 2 years of professional experience in a similar position,
• advanced proficiency in Excel,
• familiarity with SAP software,
• proficient in English,
• knowledge of German, French, or Dutch is a plus,
• strong analytical skills and basic financial knowledge,
• good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills,
• openness to learning, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail,
• ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
