• Job Summary:
• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to oversee the set up and next lead the operations of our stainless steel tanks fabrication facility. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and timely delivery of fabricated structures. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, deep technical knowledge of stainless steel fabrication, and a proven track record in managing production teams and workflows.
• Key Responsibilities:
• • Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations of the fabrication facility, including planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities.
• • Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise production staff, welders, fabricators, and technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
• • Quality Assurance: Ensure all fabricated products meet quality specifications and industry standards, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• • Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with relevant laws and standards.
• • Inventory & Materials: Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of raw materials and supplies for uninterrupted production.
• • Reporting & KPIs: Monitor and report on production metrics, including output, downtime, quality issues, and labor utilization.
• • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, quality control, logistics, and project management teams to align production with project timelines and specifications.

Nasze wymagania

• Qualifications:
• • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred).
• • Minimum 5 years of experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in:
• • Welding methods for stainless steel (TIG, MIG, etc.)
• • Plate laser cutting technologies
• • Metal bending and forming processes
• • Experience with production automation systems and robotic welding technologies is highly desirable.
• • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• • Proficient in production planning software and ERP systems.
• • Good command of both English and Polish languages – verbal and written.
• Preferred Skills:
• • Experience in structural fabrication for industrial or architectural applications.
• • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• • Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality control systems.
• Required Skills & Attributes:
• · 2-4 years in a similar planning function, ideally from a manufacturing or assembly background
• · Ideally with a background in NetSuite, but certainly proficient in ERP system usage.
• · Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• · Fluent in both verbal and written English is a must.
• · A team player with excellent inter personal skills and able to build good working relationships.
