Your responsibilities

  • Define positioning and messaging with the founders
  • Help refine product–market fit and validate the business model
  • Set the marketing strategy and execute it hands-on from day one
  • Build and lead the marketing team as we scale
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs
  • Partner across growth (activation, retention, referrals, revenue)

Our requirements

  • 3+ years in global SaaS (preferably B2B). Early-stage experience is a plus.
  • 2+ years in a marketing leadership role
  • T-shaped skill set with strengths in performance and brand strategy
  • Proven track record of driving awareness and acquisition
  • Experience hiring and leading marketers and working cross-functionally
  • Hands-on proficiency with modern marketing tools and analytics
  • Product marketing experience with measurable results, wins and lessons learned
  • English C1 and Polish C1
