Your responsibilities

• Systems design, porting /software integration, systems installation / decommissioning, systems software, IT operations
• Monitoring correct operations of VDIs
• Performing acceptance testing, replying to user comments, and examining performance & user experience
• Assistance in creation and delivery of electronic communication inside and outside the client organization
• Support for VDIs
• Coordinating operational activities together with technical teams from other departments and with the support of service providers to ensure system stability and further development and enhancements
• Follow up/ fix findings found by regular technical/ security audits

Our requirements

• Virtual Desktop infrastructure (VDI) management
• Deep knowledge about Virtual Desktops troubleshooting
• Managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure – working knowledge about Desktop Delivery Controller, Storefront, profile management, Citrix policies
• Experience in MS Azure
• Experience with VDI in hybrid cloud environment (on-prem & MS Azure)
• Knowledge and experience in VDI administration and services configuration on Microsoft Windows
• Network, troubleshooting and application knowledge
• English and German language is must have
