Twój zakres obowiązków

• Active participation in projects such as M&As, finance raising or PPAs
• Support in preparation of transaction documents and analyses (e.g. information memorandum, financial model, presentations and sensitivity analyses)
• Support in the analysis of documentation concerning renewable energy assets (e.g. lease agreements, grid connection agreements, environmental decisions, construction permits)
• Preparation of market analyses under the supervision of experienced team members

Nasze wymagania

• We are seeking candidates who are:
• Polish speakers
• Recent graduates or students (3rd to 5th year), preferably in the fields of science, management or finance
• Interested in renewable energies, impactful infrastructure projects and energy markets
• Independent, communicative and well-organised
• Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English (min. C1)
• Willing to work mostly from our office in central Warsaw (partial remote work possibility)
• Able to work at least 25 hours per week, on average
