Your responsibilities

• Close work with delivery and engineering managers
• Manage the performance review process, supporting both managers and employees throughout
• Advise managers on employee development matters and assist in creating personal development plans for soft skills
• Monitor dismissal risks and collaborate with managers upon identifying these risks
• Support and adapt the orientation program for newcomers
• Facilitate training sessions on internal systems and processes, as well as soft skills development
• Track HR metrics that impact employee engagement, and communicate findings with the relevant managers
• Work with the global team in the creation and maintenance of our most recent HR processes and policies, both globally as well as regionally as we update existing processes and launch new initiatives toward standardizing our people-centric focus
• Support in organization of internal events
• Cooperation with global HRBP and Compliance team
• Employee communication and HR consulting for the organization

Our requirements

• 3+ years experience in the role of HR BP in IT companies (onboarding and adaptation, performance review process, professional development, culture and engagement etc.)
• Experience is support of cooperation with B2B contractors and knowledge of relevant specifics
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with change in a highly dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Service and delivery approach
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Positive attitude, personal maturity, readiness to deal with challenges
