Your responsibilities

• Monitoring and analyzing production costs and variances from the budget
• Support in preparing financial reports and analyses for internal use and group-level reporting
• Collaborating with the production, logistics, and procurement departments to identify and resolve cost discrepancies
• Participating in the budgeting and forecasting process for production results
• Improving analytical tools in Excel and implementing reporting improvements
• Supporting operational teams in understanding the financial aspects of production processes
• Participating in projects related to cost optimization and production efficiency

Our requirements

• Strong proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative
• Extroverted personality, enabling effective collaboration with teams and constructive questioning of the status quo
• Excellent numerical sense and strong analytical skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency (working with advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, etc.)
• Fluency in English (working in an international environment)
• Experience in production controlling in a manufacturing company – at least 5 years
• University degree in finance (or related fields such as accounting, economics)
• Experience in working within international structures

Optional

• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Skills in Power BI or other BI tools
