About the project

• The role encompasses overseeing global meeting room technologies and mobile device management while leveraging automation and adherence to compliance standards.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee global meeting room technologies, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, video conferencing systems, and AV equipment; ensure seamless integration with collaboration platforms and provide third-line support and troubleshooting.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and manage deployment workflows via Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of network protocols, endpoint security, authentication mechanisms, encryption standards, data protection practices, compliance requirements, and privacy considerations.
• Conduct effective knowledge transfer sessions to onboard and support new team members.

Our requirements

• Strong understanding of device management solutions and technologies.
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and enterprise mobility management (EMM) platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools for device provisioning and management.
• Knowledge of network protocols and security practices related to device management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to devices and their connectivity.
• Familiarity with various operating systems, including Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining policies for device security and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve device management processes.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing user support.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and developments in device management technologies.
