Your responsibilities

• Perform intercompany reconciliations, including accrual postings and resolving discrepancies and supporting month-end close
• Maintain aging reports of intercompany balances and follow up on open items
• Perform GIRI reconciliation and resolving mismatches
• Set up cross-company postings and sundry invoicing, ensuring tax and accounting compliance
• Support process improvements related to Intercompany accounting, including automation, digitalization, and standardization
• Collaborate with local finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with group accounting policies
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis and reporting tasks for senior management

Our requirements

• You have few years of professional experience within Finance, Accounting or IT
• You understand end-to-end financial operations for Intercompany processes
• You have strong knowledge of Intercompany accounting
• You have good knowledge of SAP system
• You have process improvement and automation experience
• You have strong analytical skills and good communication skills
• You enjoy building positive relationship with stakeholders and within the team
• You are able to work under time pressure in challenging and changeable environment
• Fluency in English

Optional

• Completed educational background in Accountancy/Finance/IT (or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA as an advantage)
• Knowledge of Analysis for Office
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power Query, PowerPivot, Power Automate as an advantage
