Your responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in full-stack development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.
• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Oversee day-to-day operation
• Set and monitor team performance

Our requirements

• Technical Skills Required:
• · Expertise in Java, Spring
• · Experience with ORM (e.g. Entity Framework, nHibernate, Hibernate)
• · Nice to have one of the front-end frameworks like React/Angular/Vue
• · Databases: SQL/NoSQL database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch)
• · CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins, Team City, Octopus, Azure DevOps, CircleCI)
• · Cloud (e.g. Azure, AWS)
• · Fluent in Polish and English
• Agile Methodologies:
• · Working experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• · Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
