Within Risk Consulting, you will focus in the areas of IT Risk Management, IT SOX, IT Regulatory Compliance, IT Audits, IT and Digital Transformations (including ERP and Cloud transformations), while enabling technology to better manage risk. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work with industry leaders and help transform businesses by tackling the most complex challenges with our clients.
• This is client-facing role in a rapidly growing practice, where you’ll build client relationships with key stakeholders, including management executives for some of the most globally recognized brands. It makes this the perfect place to gain a deeper understanding of complex businesses transactions, all the while recommending solutions to some of the most pressing business challenges and process inefficiencies. You will also team up with our global professionals in multidisciplinary engagements, helping major global clients transform and sustain business performance. You will be leveraging emerging technologies like AI, ML, to build and enhance new solutions and actively work in building multiple tools and assets for efficient and effective client delivery. • Sales and Growth: Collaborate with regional and account leaders to drive account penetration and support the end-to-end deal lifecycle, including RFP responses and client presentations.
• Market Awareness: Demonstrate expertise in Digital Risk, including knowledge of the UK and Europe regulatory landscape, and provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and challenges, acting as a key point of contact.
• Delivery Excellence: Lead and manage engagements using a Global Delivery Model, ensuring quality delivery and compliance with standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, conducting regular reviews and feedback sessions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Oversee Managers and Senior Consultants, driving performance management, goal setting, and career development.
• Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions and community-building initiatives across delivery teams.
• Problem Solving: Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot delivery challenges and ensure project outcomes meet client expectations.
• Thought Leadership: Stay updated on emerging industry trends and technologies, providing recommendations on potential risks and opportunities to clients.
• Flexibility and Mobility: Willingness to travel within the EU, UK, and Nordics as needed (approximately 30-40% travel).

Our requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in a Big 4, professional services, or leading industry organisation, with 6+ years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
• IT Internal Controls & Audit (e.g. SOX, J-SOX, ICFR)
• IT Risk Management (frameworks design, governance etc.)
• Regulatory Compliance (e.g., GDPR, DORA, EU AI Act readiness)
• Cloud Risk & Controls (AWS, Azure, GCP frameworks)
• IT Risk Advisory for Digital Transformation (e.g. SAP)
• Educational Background: A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CCSK, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
• Client-Facing Experience: Proven experience in client-facing roles, collaborating with IT, internal audit, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders across various sectors.
