Your responsibilities

• Work for North American Fujitsu Subsidary.
• Prepare month end reports and templates for Finance team (GL report, revenue & margin report, P&L, NA Core Outlook Hyperion template, backlog template for input from each Tower).
• Post monthly journal entries (accruals, reclassifications, project costs, Borrowed & Lent, freelancer and offshore costs).
• Perform variance analysis vs budget/forecast/previous year for DTS Cost Centers.
• Prepare Month end consolidated reports.
• Consolidate and analyze Backlog and pipeline data received from Finance team.
• Prepare CFO reports and corporate reports (B2B, top customers, Global Delivery, client-specific reports).
• Prepare annual budget files, first budget drafts, annual GL, Revenue & Margin and costs details reports.
• Create weekly special revenue & margin report and respond to ad-hoc financial reporting requests.
• Monitor SAP process errors, ensure process controls, and support operational risk management.
• Participate in projects beyond daily duties and promote personal development.

Our requirements

• Master Degree in Finance-related area
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, including 3 years in Controlling area
• CIMA, ICAEW, ACCA, CTA and Institute of Corporate Treasurers or equivalent as an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reveal independency and proactive behaviours
• Excellent communication skills
• Practical knowledge of one of the ERP systems: SAP FI / CO / SD/ Oracle modules
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, including excellent MS Excel working skills
• Practical knowledge of HFM as an advantage
• Solution oriented thinking and working
• High awareness of cost, budget and risk considerations
• Fluent command of English written and spoken
• Willingness to work from 10 AM to 6 PM
