Your responsibilities

• Deliver specialised knowledge and training support to operators in filling / packaging area
• Support renovation and innovation processes for the new products and technologies
• Ensure processes and equipment in filling / pckaging area are safe for people, products and environment

Our requirements

• Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the corresponding production or technical field, preferably in the food manufacturing, consumer goods or automotive industry
• Minimum 3 years field experience, as a former Shift Leader / Lead Operator or as an Expert in Filling / Packaging Activities
• Successful deployment of known technologies or solutions
• Experience in personnel supervision (mainly on technical activities)
• Participation in the development of problem-solving projects
• Participation in the commissioning and start-up of technical equipment
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Analytical skills in problem solving
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Optional

• LEAN/TPM experience
• Valid sanitary results
• SAP knowledge will be an asset
