Your responsibilities

  • managing assigned HR-related tickets in a timely manner,
  • ensuring all inquiries are accurately recorded in the ticketing system,
  • taking responsibility for issues raised by the client,
  • performing appropriate follow-up actions in case of escalations,
  • participating in client discussions regarding processes,
  • answering incoming calls - service line,
  • achieving goals and SLAs.

Employer requirements

  • English language proficiency at least B2, German C1 - both spoken and written,
  • 2 years of experience in HR operations or HR payroll,
  • ability to anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems,
  • ability to participate in client meetings and manage assigned tasks on time,
  • attention to detail and awareness of GDPR aspects,
  • time management skills - multitasking role,
  • good knowledge of MS Excel and Word,
  • good communication and analytical skills.
