Your responsibilities

• Defining and managing project BIM workflows in accordance with PRP's QA system and BIM standards.
• Ensuring BIM workflows and procedures are appropriately documented, including holding responsibility for project BEP.
• Liaising with external consultants to ensure compliance with project BEPs and EIRs.
• Being responsible for model quality and model maintenance.
• Ensuring that models and datasets are accurate and that the levels of definition (LOD & LOI) are fit for purpose.
• Leading coordination and clash review. Documenting appropriately and closing issues with internal and external project team.
• Building and maintaining content for project team.
• Coaching and mentoring colleagues to improve BIM skills across the practice.

Our requirements

• Advanced user of AEC collection tools, specifically Revit.
• Proven experience in the application of BIM systems in a project-based environment.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Able to motivate and influence people.
• Able to present ideas and workflows.
• Candidates must be highly computer literate with strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a positive and can-do attitude.

Optional

• Experience and skill in other software such as Dynamo, Navisworks, Solibri, Enscape.
• Experience of working in an architectural environment.
• Architectural qualifications.
