Your responsibilities

• being part of the global communication team, focusing on creating video and audio content to support ongoing and project-based internal communication activities;
• producing visually engaging materials, including graphics, illustrations, and layouts, with an emphasis on incorporating video content across various platforms and internal communication channels such as emails, intranet landing pages, and webinars;
• creating, editing, and assembling video content of varying complexity, including promotional clips, interviews, and instructional videos;
• supporting the development of brand assets and ensuring branding consistency across all visual and video materials;
• bringing innovative ideas and a fresh perspective to digital communication outputs, particularly in video formats;
• designing presentations in PowerPoint that incorporate video and interactive visual elements;
• effectively collaborating with the team to brainstorm and implement creative visual concepts, especially for video materials;
• ensuring the visual coherence of all created materials, with a strong focus on video content;
• designing and updating logos, templates, and branded materials; incorporating video elements, animations, and dynamic content

Employer requirements

• minimum bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design or other commercial art degree or relevant agency/work experience
• a well-crafted and curated online portfolio
• solid experience in graphic design / video editing / digital communication;
• experience working with brand guidelines;
• english knowledge, written and oral (min. B2);
• knowledge of graphic and video editing tools (very good knowledge of the Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, InDesign, Office packet, Power Point etc.);
• good communication skill;
• own initiative;
• team player;
• professional maturity
