Your responsibilities

• Supporting of necessary process adaptions in close cooperating with the respective stakeholders
• Being responsible for creating and tracking new IT enhancements
• Evaluating, preparing and procedural supporting for german-wide harmonization, automation or outsourcing by using lean methodology
• Maintaining focus on support for the harmonization/relocation of processes VT HR SC / HR SSC
• Continuous reviewing and if necessary processing adjustments in the event of changed framework conditions (e.g. guidelines, laws, etc.)
• Identifying potential for improvement and conducting optimization workshops
• Ensuring process-compliant and audit-proof quality standards for the german HR Organization
• Central elaborating of communication concepts for process adjustments for relevant stakeholders
• Interfacing and close collaborating with the HR Sevice Center, Payroll and GFT's
• Contributing and supporting in different HR projects

Our requirements

• Completed studies in social sciences, economics or related field, or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experience
• Several years of professional experience in project/process management
• Several years of professional experience in HR is considered as an asset
• A proven experience in implementing guidelines in the HR area
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (min. B2)
• Knowledge of Polish is a plus
• Independent and structured approach to work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to once per month
