Your responsibilities

• Central Quality support:
• • Coordinate Jula Poland store audits done by public administration;
• • Coordinate Authority, Sales org Poland, Headquarter with support from PSE in Market surveillances;
• • Support Product Safety Engineers in collection of technical documentation from suppliers;
• Product technical documentation:
• • Collect/verify Jula product quality documentation;
• • Supervise suppliers in: product quality documentation preparation, in performing products testing at Jula notified labs, sampling;
• Product Claim process:
• • Follow up product quality claim; push supplier for improvement, manage the claim process and the claim cost;
• Supplier evaluation process:
• • Manage supplier evaluation;
• • Prepare yearly reports.

Our requirements

• Good knowledge of product quality measurement, legal and environmental requirements on products, and manufacturing processes;
• Understanding of product quality documentation and its purpose;
• Minimum 3 years working experience of Quality Engineer or similar quality work;
• Motivated and honest;
• Good communication skill and team work spirit;
• Good analytical, problem solving skills;
• Willing to learn new knowledges;
• Willing to travel randomly;
• Fluent English in speech and writing.
