Be a trusted advisor for the site management on all topics related to staff and regarding any employment law-related questions.
Be a point of contact for site employees on all matters relating to their lifecycle in the company.
Take care of personnel files and other HR administration tasks (e.g. employment contracts preparation, employment data management in local HR system and Workday).
Prepare a payroll input in cooperation with our external service provider.
Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes.
Actively work with HR KPIs and our employee survey as a steering tool to maintain and strengthen the health of our business by providing insights and translating them into actionable measures.
Build and maintain a roadmap of company events, team activities and internal communication that drive employee engagement, learning and development, with the goal of maintaining an awesome company culture.
Cooperate with our logistics partner on site on HR KPIs and P&O Expectations.
Collaborate with the HR PL, central headquarter teams and other warehouses in the network to provide frameworks for enabling leaders on people topics.
Be the go-to person for supporting various ad-hoc office and HR projects as they arise from our teams.
Our requirements
A minimum of 4+ years professional experience in HR, ideally in an international, large, fast pace, dynamic organisation.
Strong knowledge of Polish labour law.
Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
Effective consulting skills, with an ability to influence in all directions.
Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and willingness to be vocally self-critical.
Analytical thinking skills and using data insights proficiently.
Excellent Polish and English communication skills are essential and a commitment to develop and earn the trust of others.
Experienced in running and processing payroll information in cooperation with external service provider.
Excellent candidate assessment and relationship building skills, very good communication.
