Your responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members by setting clear objectives, coaching, supporting talent development, and assessing performance.
  • Ensure efficient team structure, work allocation, and resource planning to maintain service continuity and achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs and performance metrics, using data-driven insights to drive improvements.
  • Drive and promote continuous process improvement initiatives and efficiency gains, leveraging your finance, accounting, and business knowledge to support team problem-solving and guide non-routine tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, SLAs, Group Standards, standard operating procedures, and relevant external regulations.
  • Oversee audit preparations, secure resources for audits, and ensure timely delivery of audit documentation.
  • Foster positive team engagement by recognizing achievements, ensuring effective onboarding of newcomers, and promoting a collaborative, feedback-based culture.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and stakeholder communications, supporting effective cooperation internally and externally.
  • Proactively manage risks related to team workload, potential delays, and attrition; implement solutions to maintain consistent service quality.
  • Act as a role model for company values—ambition, integrity, and efficiency—by taking ownership of challenges, prioritizing tasks, and demonstrating expected behaviors in all interactions.

Our requirements

  • Master's degree in accounting, Management, Economics or related fields (preferred).
  • 1+ year of leadership experience.
  • Good understanding of ERP system and process related applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365 package.
  • Written and spoken English (C1).
  • Ability to act as a role model, motivating and guiding team members with a solid ownership mindset.
  • Proactivity and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • Business maturity.
