• Reality Games is seeking a talented 3D Generalist to join our Product department and work on our exciting Monopoly World project.
• As a 3D Generalist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets and animations that bring our virtual world to life.

• Work in a one-of-a-kind office, located within a beautifully restored historic railway station in the heart of Krakow’s charming old town. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the city’s cultural and historical center while collaborating with a passionate and supportive team, Monday through Friday.
• This is a full-time, in-office position based in the iconic railway station building in Krakow.

Your responsibilities

• Develop 3D city maps, environments, and characters.
• Create dynamic 3D animations and cinematic motion design.
• Optimize assets for mobile platforms, ensuring peak performance.
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver a world-class gaming experience.

Our requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Generalist in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Strong skills in 3D modeling, texturing, and shading using industry-standard software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter).
• Solid knowledge of 3D animation principles and experience in creating dynamic animations and motion graphics.
• Experience with real-time engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Ability to optimize assets for mobile platforms, ensuring high performance and smooth gameplay.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and rendering techniques.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team and contribute to the overall vision.
• A keen eye for detail with a passion for creating visually stunning and immersive environments.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• A portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling, animation, and design work, particularly in gaming.

Optional

• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of geolocation-based games and previous experience in similar projects is a bonus.
