Reconciliation between various tools to ensure data accuracy, consistency check of figures, communication of statements to department heads to adjust positions if necessary
Collaboration with internal teams during the closing process
Provides administrative and technical support throughout the closing process
Collects and analyzes the necessary data to determine the managerial bonus for departments and divisions (targets vs actuals)
Applies defined formulas and criteria for the calculation
Verifies the accuracy of calculations and data used
Prepares detailed reports on calculation results
Communicates results to relevant stakeholders
Gathers topics to be integrated into Orange France, organizes meetings to obtain information related to proforma and scope transfers
Collaborates with relevant teams to validate and update gathered information
Prepares documentation for the various stakeholders
Verifies impacts across the different tools
Collects and verifies data used in calculations
Shares financial information and required documents with auditors
Responds to questions and requests from statutory auditors
Participates in meetings and discussions when required to ensure effective collaboration
Works with internal teams to prepare required files and reports
Ensures compliance with deadlines and the overall process for delivering data to the electronic communications and postal regulatory authority

Exceptional discipline.
Knowledge of accounting and financial techniques.
Good knowledge of office automation tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
Interest in automation projects (RPA, etc.).
Proficiency in French and English at a professional level.
Knowledge of Magnitude and/or Alcyone will be an additional advantage.
