Your responsibilities

• Communicate with customers (also in German or French) regarding invoices, payments, and claims.
• Monitor customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Cooperate with invoicing, tax, sales, logistics, and IT teams to solve issues quickly.
• Handle self-billing (selfbills) in line with VAT rules and company procedures.
• Analyze overdue payments, follow up on non-payments (emails, calls).
• Prepare reports (e.g. aging analysis) and join regular meetings with customer teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.

Our requirements

• SAP knowledge – particularly billing and receivables module
• Knowledge of VAT and Tax compliance, especially related to self-billing and EDI processes
• Knowledge of European geography, including countries, cities and logistical hubs
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal control procedures
• Excellent MS Office knowledge ( advanced excel)
