Your responsibilities

• You will check, assign and post supplier invoices and credit memos as well as recurring documents and debit notes using SAP
• In addition, you will create and process supplier payments
• You will be responsible for maintaining, reconciling and clarifying supplier accounts as well as vendor master data
• You will be responsible for monthly and year-end closing activities, prepare business evaluations, variance analyses and assist with ad-hoc analyses and reports
• You will contribute to process improvement initiatives
• You will perform other duties as required within AP process

Our requirements

• You have higher education degree in Finance /Accounting or other related field
• You have good knowledge of accounting principles
• You have more than two years of experience in an similar position
• Your English skills is on a good level
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office
• You have good analytical skills
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO complete your profile
• You are customer oriented person
• You enjoy working in a team with international environment
