Your responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of payroll coordinator.
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Handle complex payroll issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain and create payroll-related HR processes and policies.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of payroll data in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts and personal files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure employees follow all HR policies and procedures related to payroll.
• Use KPIs to drive continuous improvement in payroll processes and services.
• Assist the HR Services Delivery Manager with ongoing tasks and processes during periods of transition.

Our requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, management science or other related discipline, or equivalent, relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills (multilingual preferred).
• Intermediate/business level in English.
