Provide operational support to the Europe Cash Manager
Initiate and approve manual payments in bank portals and TMS
Prepare Europe’s cash positioning data and analytics using available reports and/or bank statement data in our TMS (Treasury Management System)-Kyriba
Handle FX transactions when needed for the region
Lead KYC and bank documentation efforts for banking needs in Europe
Lead Open/Close bank account process for the region
Coordinate with other departments and/or banks to answer questions related to bank accounts and banking transactions
Ensure financial controls are adequate to safeguard company funds, financial reporting, and documentation
Support treasury team special projects as they arise, focusing on leading the responsibilities for the European region
Analyze, review and report bank fees analysis
Assist with the monthly and quarterly close process including SOX procedures and external reporting
Assist the Global FX Manager with Foreign Exchange Trading and Hedging analysis and reporting
Support the Global Intercompany loan process, intercompany settlement process, and work with cash manager to reduce overall exposure for the region

Our requirements
Graduate degree in Finance
1+ year of experience in Treasury
Accounting skills in Oracle Cloud preferred
Experience with Kyriba or other TMS preferred
Strong Excel/Word/Adobe/Outlook skills
High attention detail
Excellent organization skills
High critical thinking and analysis mindset

The successful candidate will support the Europe Cash Manager in performing all treasury management responsibilities for the Europe region. This role is part of the Global Cash Operations team and will have treasury analyst peers in the Americas and APAC regions. Key responsibilities for this role include initiating/approving payments, updating the Europe Cash Position daily, completing banking KYC/documentation for Europe accounts (including coordinating with the Americas treasury analyst for wet signatures), managing bank fees for Europe, and supporting treasury department projects (like bank account rationalization initiative). This role will also be the primary point of contact for questions regarding Europe bank accounts and banking transactions – liaising with the banks and internal departments (e.g., Accounting) as needed. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will work closely with Accounting, Legal, and Tax. This position is an “office-based policy” classification and is expected to be in office located in our Warsaw, Poland location.
