Your responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end Agentic AI solutions with Microsoft tools: Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Agent Services, Semantic Kernel
• Embed Responsible AI principles (cost control, traceability, audit, bias mitigation, explainability) into every solution
• Create technical blueprints and reference architectures tailored to regulatory and domain-specific needs
• Collaborate closely with IT, delivery and business teams to ensure secure and performant system integration within hybrid or multi-cloud environments
• Lead solution design efforts, including estimates, ROI analysis, and pre-sales technical presentations
• Act as SME in Microsoft AI stack, driving client enablement, technical confidence, and platform adoption
• Identify transformation, automation, and AI acceleration opportunities across enterprise clients

Our requirements

• 3+ years in solution architecture, including hands-on delivery of Generative or Agentic AI projects
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure AI services: Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, and Azure AI Agent Service
• Demonstrated success in technical pre-sales (effort estimation, pricing, business cases)
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and DevOps (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems, autonomous agent frameworks, and reasoning engines

Optional

• Knowledge of Power Platform and Microsoft 365 integration
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) workflows
• Background in rapid AI prototyping and AI safety testing
• Familiarity with Microsoft, SAP, or Oracle ecosystems and their AI integration
• Prior consulting experience in a client-facing role
