Your responsibilities

  • Managing a team of professionals processing full cycle of cash allocation, cash management, credit management and Accounts Receivable master data management (10+ employees)
  • Supervising, supporting and motivating all AR team members
  • Attracting, recruiting, onboarding and guiding the employees
  • Setting clear goals for the team members
  • Ensuring operational process excellence with regards to KPIs and agreed-on targets
  • Mantaining the audit-compliant performance of the AR day-to-day process
  • Preparing monthly reports and supporting the Service Delivery Manager with expertise and ideas
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements, robotics implementation and supporting process re-design initiatives to improve productivity
  • Managing communication with the entities (through periodic review meetings) and addressing issues raised by the entities (stakeholder support and management)
  • Taking responsibility for the new transition processes in the AR area
  • Participating in global and regional initiatives and projects

Our requirements

  • Several years of experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
  • Excellent knowledge of AR Accounting process including ability to support AR Team with the process related questions
  • Solid experience in accounting and finance processes required (e.g. IFRS, German GAAP accounting rules)
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/CO/PS system and MS Offices is required
  • Excellent Polish skills (minimum B2 level)
  • Excellent German and English skills (minimum B2 level)
  • Ability to connect facts in a logical structure between Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger
  • Strong interpersonal, multitasking and time management skills to enable quickly gaining trust and building up solid working relationships
  • Strong analytical, process improvement and conceptual mindset
  • Very good communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Willingness for international travel activities

Optional

  • Previous experience in a Financial Shared Service Center for a global company is an asset
  • Experience in Change Management and Process Transformation, experience in in transferring processes from other entities is an advantage
