Your responsibilities

• Ensure that all maintenance activities enhance people's and product's safety, product quality, protection of the environment and operations performance
• Teach, coach and audit preventive maintenance in their area
• Build the maintenance budget, ensuring justification, request, implementation, reporting and tracking
• Ensure optimum energy and water consumption at factory level

Our requirements

• Degree/diploma: engineering or technical bachelor discipline (mechanical, process, industrial engineering or similar)
• 3 years of experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing, consumer goods or automotive industry
• Experience in fixed assets maintenance responsibilities, including the preparation, definition, control and follow up of maintenance budgets
• Personnel supervisory experience
• Participation in the development of small engineering improvement projects, defining technical equipment as a part of a multidisciplinary team
• Participation in the start-up or commissioning of technical equipment or production lines
• Basics of costing guidelines
• Work following defined objectives and proactively tracking them
• Strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills
• Analytical skills in problem solving
• Upper-intermediate English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Certified electrical qualifications

Optional

• LEAN/TPM experience
• Problem-solving tools knowledge
• SAP knowledge will be an asset
• Valid sanitary results
