Your responsibilities

• Incoming/Outgoing Calls: Proactively engage with customers via phone to chase payments.
• Account Management: Document account activities, update statuses, handle referrals, and transfer funds as needed.
• Query Resolution and Escalation: Identify, resolve, and escalate customer queries efficiently.
• Payment Processing: Follow up on payments received, request remittance details, and provide copy documents.
• Reporting and Forecasting: Produce collection-related reports and provide payment forecasts.
• Process Improvement: Participate in projects aimed at enhancing credit management efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOX-defined controls and compliance standards.

Employer requirements

• completed studies in finance, accounting, business or related field
• very good knowledge of English and Spanish
• experience in the area of Credit/Collections or Customer Service
• knowledge of SAP
• very good communication and cooperation skills
• detail-oriented and self-motivated
• proficient in analyzing financial data
• good organizational and time management skills
• knowledge of Microsoft Office
• strong customer orientation
