Your responsibilities

• Manage transition projects for accounting processes in line with VW migration standards
• Review and adapt migration methodology to meet business needs
• Plan and monitor transition activities including risk, resource, and reporting management
• Create and maintain documentation supporting project and process delivery
• Provide data for recruitment and support training and knowledge transfer
• Report on project progress, risks, and budget
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments
• Promote continuous improvement in transitioned processes

Our requirements

• University degree (Master in Finance)
• Fluent in English and German (min. C1)
• Experience in SSC and transition projects
• Experience in international consulting companies
• Strong project management skills in international environments
• Experience in accounting department and understanding of financial and accounting processes
• Strong computer and analytical skills (MS O365, Excel, Power Point)
• SAP / S4Hana and other accounting system skills
• High integrity, motivation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Customer service orientation
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive mindset and multitasking skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel
