Your responsibilities

• Coding and processing invoices in a global accounting system
• Reviewing invoices entered by another accounting teams
• Preparation of regular and ad hoc payment journals
• Close cooperation with Local Finance team
• Documenting processes and procedures; preparation of internal accounting procedures, manuals and instructions
• Supporting team in other accounting activities
• Processing variety ad-hoc queries

Our requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in Finance/Accounting (AP) or Finance and Accounting degree
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
• Good MS Excel skills
• Capability to adapt to quickly changing and demanding environment
• Highly organized and structured to ensure activities are prioritized to meet critical deadlines
• Experience in using accounting systems, processes and controls. Knowledge of MS Dynamics and Yardi would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
• Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team
• Confident and assertive where required
• Flexible approach to work
• Proactive approach and active search for solutions and improvement possibilities
• Another European language is an advantage
