We are looking for a Business & Systems Analyst to join the team, primarily collaborating with the corporate client department. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing documentation, and supporting the development and implementation of business solutions.

Your responsibilities
Gather business requirements directly from clients
Analyze and review client documentation
Create user stories for development teams
Support business process modeling and improvement
Assist in testing implemented solutions
Prepare user documentation for APIs
Validate production implementations

Requirement gathering and business analysis
Identifying business needs and opportunities
Experience in process analysis and management
Collaboration with development and QA teams
Documentation creation
Business process modeling using BPMN/UML (Enterprise Architect, Camunda modeller)
JIRA – creating user stories and tasks
Basic knowledge of RabbitMQ
Basic SQL knowledge for PostgreSQL (simple queries)
Understanding of REST APIs and JSON structure
Language skills: Polish and English (Spanish is a plus)
