Twój zakres obowiązków

• Develop and implement strategic planning processes to support business objectives and initiatives.
• Oversee data analytics functions, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable targets.
• Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes, providing insights for financial planning and resource allocation.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
• Manage a team of analysts, providing mentorship and fostering professional development.
• Prepare and present reports to executive leadership, highlighting insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies in data management and reporting.
• Drive the continuous improvement of planning and analytics processes, leveraging technology and best practices.
• Serve as a key liaison between business units and senior management to align on priorities and objectives.

Nasze wymagania

• A degree in mathematics, finance, economics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in sales planning or analysis (experience in FMCG is an advantage)
• Proficiency in pricing modeling and strong analytical skills
• Experience managing a team
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI)
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Fluency in Polish at native or an advanced (C2) level is required
