Your responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to help meet revenue goals
• Learn to understand customer needs and help match them with the right software solutions
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and sales documentation
• Help build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Participate in product demos and meetings alongside more senior team members
• Keep CRM systems (like Salesforce) up to date with accurate sales data

Our requirements

• Fluency in English (at least C1 level), both spoken and written
• About 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or another client-facing role
• Interest in learning tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, or CPQ systems
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
• Willingness to work from our office in Wrocław, approx. 2–3 times a week
• Residing in Poland required
