Your responsibilities

  • Our role will give you the opportunity to pioneer new solutions and innovative technologies, while partnering with a genuinely collaborative professional services clients to provide Early Careers & Campus Services. Sounds interesting? Do not hesitate – contact us!
  • Working as part of the Early Careers team, you will be working in a “360” role delivering both selection and coordination activities, from campus outreach to final offers. Leveraging your skills in relationship-building and process management, you'll collaborate with educational institutions, organize campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey. Your efforts will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all Early Career candidates, aligning with each client's unique values and strategic goals.
  • What you will be doing:
  • • Oversee and facilitate end-to-end early careers recruitment campaigns and process, including but not limited to conducting candidate screening, organising and coordinating campus events and assessment centres, preparing offers and monitoring onboarding progress of the candidates post-offer.
  • • Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer term client requirements.
  • • Be responsible for the management of candidate relationships and incoming queries.
  • • Ensure all AMS and client systems are updated in a correct and timely manner as well as all changes to a candidate’s status are tracked on the ATS to enable accurate reporting
  • • Producing timely and accurate activity and management information reporting, including post-campaign reporting and summaries.
  • • Identifying areas of process improvement, service enhancement, related strategic projects and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicating these to the the team and manager.

Our requirements

  • • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ideally with a focus on Early Careers and Campus volume hiring
  • • Strong operational ability, able to operate in a high volume, fast-paced & process-driven environment
  • • Strong customer focus and proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
  • • Hands-on experience in working in a client-facing position, including ability to lead a demanding client and internal stakeholders at various management levels
  • • Ability to work autonomously and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various locations
  • • High proficiency in English and Italian language
