Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize wet process lines for PCB manufacturing, ensuring efficient, reliable, and high-quality operations.
• Provide technical support for the installation, commissioning, and operation of wet process equipment, and resolve other process issues at customer sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, automation engineers, and software developers.
• Analyze existing processes (including wastewater treatment) and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while reducing environmental impact.
• Collect and evaluate data using statistical tools.
• Work closely with customers to understand their specific process requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Conduct regular process audits and performance evaluations, ensuring that systems are running at optimal levels.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in wet process technology, wastewater treatment, and PCB manufacturing.
• Prepare detailed process documentation, including flow diagrams, operating procedures, and reports, to ensure clarity and compliance with industry standards.
• Traveling to customer sites.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of wet process lines in PCB manufacturing or a similar industrial process environment.
• Proficiency in English and Polish, both written and verbal - B2 level at least.
• Valid EU Work Permit and EU Driving License – Category B.
• Ability to interpret and analyze engineering drawings, schematics, and process flow diagrams.
• Understanding wastewater treatment and recycling systems in industrial settings.
• Teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be available to travel on short notice and potentially for extended periods, as required by project demands.
