Your responsibilities

• Supervision of contract execution in coordination with customers and internal company departments
• Cooperation with customers: maintaining ongoing contact, participating in negotiations and project meetings
• Documentation handling: order registration, preparation of technical and commercial documentation
• Coordination of delivery schedules and monitoring the progress of order fulfilment

Our requirements

• Fluent in German is a must. Good knowledge of English is an advantage.
• A communicative person who can establish new relationships easily.
• Able to understand and explain technical matters with customers and engineers.
• A detail- oriented person for preparing accurate documentation and ensuring timely execution of contracts
• Able to work in MS Office and ERP system
