Twój zakres obowiązków

• Participates in the subcontractor/ main tender processes;
• Tracking the procurement and purchasing
• Assist with other matters such as procurement, evaluation of subcontractors’ pre-qualification, reviewing of Method Statements, problem solving, etc.
• Preparation of tender documentation including communicating with suppliers, preparing comparison tables, following up cost trends in particular subjects
• Good understanding of mechanical systems and being able to propose solutions in terms of capital cost & running cost of the project.
• Good knowledge of managing design activities with design offices
• Good understanding of contract structure and being able to prepare the contract drafts and present to management.

Nasze wymagania

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in large-scale construction/industrial projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills. (Word, Excel, MS Project)
• Experienced in high-rise building construction, (site installation, test-balancing-commissioning works, planning , cost control , reporting , contract management, document management and control)
• Experienced in procurement in large scale projects
• Experienced Mechanical building services product and system standards
• Experienced in building automation systems
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
