• We are currently seeking a Team Leader in Accounting to join our vibrant team. • We are looking for an experienced individual to serve as a Team Leader in our accounting department, supporting and supervising a four-person team. This position will work directly with the Cluster Financial Controller, ensuring the smooth operation of accounting processes and the timely completion of tasks.
• • Supervision of the ongoing work of the accounting team (4 people)
• • Organization, coordination, and monitoring of team tasks
• • Substantive support for employees in the area of accounting and tax regulations
• • Verification of the accuracy of accounting document records and entries in the financial and accounting system
• • Preparation and verification of tax returns and financial statements
• • Collaboration with other departments regarding document flow and settlements
• • Participation in month-end and year-end closings
• • Implementation and improvement of processes in the accounting department

Our requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, including team supervision
• Excellent knowledge of the Accounting Act and tax law
• Experience in preparing financial statements and tax returns
• Ability to work in a team and manage people
• Good work organization, meticulousness, and responsibility
• Knowledge of the hotel or related industry is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of financial and accounting systems and MS Excel
• Good command of Polish and English languages
