Your responsibilities

• Creating high-quality web designs (usually one-pagers to 10-pagers) in Figma
• Developing logos, typography systems, color palettes, and brand guidelines - designing and strategically concepting brands.
• Designing entire brand worlds: from pitch decks to packaging to social templates
• Collaborating with Webflow developers and writers on seamless execution
• Creative direction: moodboards, design directions, presentation of work
• Potentially guiding designers or freelancers on selected projects

Our requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in branding and or web design. Of course if you have less, but your work is amazing, please apply.
• Strong portfolio showing brand identities and website designs (no templates)
• Confident in Figma, Adobe Suite
• Fluent in English (C1+)
• Experience working with clients directly or leading projects creatively is a big plus
• Structured way of working and natural eye for aesthetics, hierarchy, and emotional storytelling

Optional

• Experience as a Creative Lead / Art Director
• Experience in motion design or 3D (not required)
• Understanding of brand strategy
