Your responsibilities

• Make Use of Data: We use cutting-edge technology, including machine learning and AI, to improve the way our business operates.
• Collaborate Widely: Work with internal partners across PMI – different markets, roles and seniorities.
• Handle All Types of Data: From consumer and commercial to sales and financial data, we cover it all.
• Innovate Processes: Co-create processes and develop modern solutions to make our business more effective.

Our requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Data Science / Business Intelligence / Data Analytics or similar (ideally in FMCG, Telecom, Services Industries or Technology Industries).
• Familiarity with Data Science methods & concepts (data cleansing, explanatory data analysis, modelling, drawing insights, etc.) with a proven track record of applying them in a business environment.
• Stakeholder management: ability to cooperate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements gathering and refining, presentation, driving the adoption of created solutions.
• Core stack: Python, SQL. Nice to have: Snowflake, Amazon Sage Maker, Power BI.
• Polish & English at fluent levels (B2 or higher).

Optional

• BI skills (data visualization, ETL, automation) are a plus.

What we offer

• Salary not less than 16.250 PLN gross per month

• Hybrid work model: 40% per month working on-site – Warsaw HQ (Inflancka 4c, Gdanski Business Center)

• Participation in international cross-functional projects
