Your responsibilities

  • 1. Aftersales Operations Management:
  • • Oversee service, parts, warranty, and repair operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with brand standards.
  • • Monitor workshop productivity, turnaround times, and service quality.
  • • Ensure proper inventory management of spare parts and accessories.
  • 2. Customer Satisfaction & Retention:
  • • Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and aftersales experience.
  • • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.
  • 3. Team Leadership & Development:
  • • Lead, mentor, and motivate the aftersales team (service advisors, technicians, parts specialists).
  • • Conduct training programs to enhance technical and customer service skills.
  • • Set performance targets and conduct regular evaluations.
  • 4. Financial Performance & Growth:
  • • Develop and manage the aftersales budget, ensuring profitability.
  • • Identify revenue-generating opportunities (new services, , upselling).
  • • Analyze KPIs (service absorption rate, labor sales, parts sales and margins) and implement improvements.
  • 5. Compliance & Industry Standards:
  • • Ensure adherence to manufacturer warranties, recalls, and service guidelines.
  • • Maintain compliance with local regulations and health & safety standards.
  • • Stay updated on automotive technology trends and aftersales best practices.

Our requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • • 10+ years of experience in automotive aftersales/service management, preferably in retail or dealership settings.
  • • Strong knowledge of workshop operations, spare parts logistics, and warranty processes.
  • • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • • Excellent communication (Polish & English) and customer relationship skills.
  • • Analytical mindset with proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS).
