Your responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial and management reports
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities including recommendation of actions
• Evaluate, analyze the company's economic results and come up with proposals on cost reduction strategies and measures that will increase economic efficiency in the division
• Prepares quarterly statements on the BUDGET plant level and ensures regular monitoring of current performance compared to the budget/forecast
• Regularly report financial performance indicators to the management team
• Represents plant in front of auditors

Our requirements

• University degree – Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, IT, Finance & Accounting or similar
• Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in German(written and spoken) is required for effective communication in the role
• Be open-minded to the organization and to the others
• Strong problem solving, analytical, team building and decision-making skills
• Open minded & eager to learn and develop
• Availability to travel
