Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute daily operational and administrative tasks.
  • Conduct analysis and gather information for different departments.
  • Assist in ongoing projects with scheduling, follow-ups, and progress tracking.
  • Work closely with design, R&D, sourcing, and production teams.
  • Prepare monthly business reports.

Our requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). Ukrainian or Russian required; Polish or other languages will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in project management.
  • Previous experience in administration, operations, or project coordination is an advantage.
