Your responsibilities

• Provide support to customers by managing their accounts and queries to ensure expected service level is provided.
• Participate in meetings with clients and third parties to ensure they are satisfied with the service.
• Analyse errors and incidents, implements corrective actions to ensure no errors visible for the clients
• Take part in creation of team's procedures and checklists to ensure there is no discrepancy and gaps in the process.
• Participate in process enhancement to ensure proper delivery of department's target.

Our requirements

• Over 1 years of experience in Fund Services Operations and Alternative Investment Operations, or Government agencies and Client services.
• Fluency in English and German (min. B2).
• BA in Finance, Economics, Banking or similar.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving & analytical abilities to troubleshoot and optimise implementation processes.
• Attention to details.
