Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement production strategies to meet company goals and objectives
• Manage and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Production, Technical and Quality Assurance teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Board
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Manage production budgets and resources effectively
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Collaborating with the Management Team to establish and attain company goals

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline
• Fluent in both English and Polish
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in our industry
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven professional experience as Production Manager/Head of Production
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Production, preferably in similar industry
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
