Your responsibilities

• About the Role:
• As a ML Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our systems, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and reliable. You'll work closely with the team to identify and prioritize project requirements and develop ML solutions.
• Main Areas of Focus:
• - Deep Learning
• - Classical Computer Vision
• - Recommendation Systems

Our requirements

• A strong understanding of core Python features
• Experience with Pytorch (preferably Pytorch Lightning)
• Experience with MLFlow (preferred but other model tracking libraries are also acceptable) and OpenCV
• Good understanding of Git version control essentials
• Strong experience with Linux
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent communication skills – ability to clearly explain ML and data-related concepts to non-technical stakeholders and proactively clarify requirements with clients
• Proactive attitude – willingness to take initiative, suggest improvements and identify risks early on
• Client-facing experience – comfortable discussing algorithmic choices, trade-offs, and data constraints with clients; able to guide them through feasible, valuable solutions
• Problem-solving mindset – focused not only on building models but also understanding the business or product value they should deliver
• Decision-making ownership – readiness to make decisions and take responsibility for their impact
• Team collaboration – open to feedback, knowledge sharing and working closely with developers, designers, and analysts
