Your responsibilities

  • Plan and manage catalogue and out-of-catalogue campaigns for the SK/CZ/PL market with strong integration of digital channels and e-commerce strategy.
  • Oversee the end-to-end catalogue creation process for the SK/CZ/PL region—adjust according to regional needs, manage page structure, product listings, print production, and cross-functional communication with graphic designers and translators.
  • Lead the creation of printed and digital marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, newsletters, banners, and social media assets tailored for online engagement.
  • Execute new product launches with a digital-first approach, aligning with global strategy while adapting to regional audience behavior.
  • Drive regional marketing projects in Central Europe, ensuring alignment with HQ's global marketing strategy and enhancing the brand’s digital visibility and customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement creative, consumer-centric campaigns with strong digital presence across social media, influencer networks, email marketing, and paid media, while maintaining high brand and visual standards within budget.
  • Monitor and report on all marketing activities (offline and digital), with emphasis on data-driven analysis, KPIs, and ROI — especially for social media, paid campaigns, and influencer activations.
  • Cooperate with business partners in traditional media, while actively identifying and negotiating new opportunities in digital advertising (e.g., programmatic ads, native platforms, influencer partnerships).
  • Participate in and support the marketing side of company events, including digital promotion, livestreaming, and post-event content planning for social channels.
  • Own and manage the brand portfolio assets, ensuring consistency across all channels (print, web, social, email, video).
  • Monitor competitors in both offline and digital ecosystems to identify trends, innovations, and strategic opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, with focus on building strong digital competencies (e.g., content marketing, community management, performance marketing). Conduct regular O2Os, feedback sessions, and talent development plans.
  • Own marketing budget management, including allocation across digital and traditional channels, ensuring performance aligns with company KPIs.
  • Act as a strategic partner and main point of contact for the sales field and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution across departments.

Our requirements

  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and basic CRM/email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Knowledge of social media performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, CPM, CTR, ROI).
  • Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and web analytics tools
  • Experience in MLM beauty industry is a MUST, min. 3 years of experience
  • Languages: English – C1, Polish – Native or Czech – Native
  • Analytical skills, Communication skills, Team management skills, Problem solving skills, Strategical thinking, Assertiveness, Creativity, Responsibility, Detailed oriented
  • CV in English is a MUST
