Your responsibilities

• Design and develop detailed mechanical systems, components, and products using SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including CAD drawings, 3D models, bill of materials (BOM), GD&T specifications, DFMEA, PFMEA, and engineering change documentation, in accordance with automotive industry standards.
• Evaluate mechanical designs to identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities, such as material substitution, component simplification, and process optimization, in line with the company’s productivity and efficiency goals
• Ensure all designs comply with technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Our requirements

• 2+ years of experience as Mechanical designer
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, molding, welding, and additive manufacturing, along with hands-on experience in assembling designed prototypes.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and equivalent CAD software.
• Skilled in conducting failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA/DFMEA) and running engineering simulations to ensure design reliability.
• Required knowledge of English at a communicative level + technical English (ability to read technical documentation in English)

Optional

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of materials science, including material properties, behavior, selection for various applications, as well as performing advanced calculations, strength assessments, and flow simulations.
